Mr. Boulton provided an overview of a GIS-based, multi-user, Emission Inventory Tool (GIS-EI Tool) for Environment Canada that RWDI has been developing over the past year and a half . The GIS-EI Tool is designed to allow multiple, simultaneous users to create high-resolution inventories of area and mobile source emissions more efficiently than how it is being done currently.
